The Stallion
Maraiah L. Estep
The stallion was as black as coal,
At that moment my heart he had stole.
Friends forever I said my vow
He was all mine now.

The stallion was great,
I was so happy he stayed.
I took care of him for years,
Many times I shed my tears.
In times of sorrow and in grief.
Only with my stallion did I feel relief.

The day came that he was almost dead.
Deathly Iíll on my lap he rested his black weak head.
As I cried and prayed that he would live,
I could feel him get weaker.

The moment came when there was no life in him.
After that day my life was dim.
Never again did I look at a horse the same.
I looked at them all as untamed.
My stallion was mine and still is today.
My best buddy was his name!!!

EMOTIONS:
Micaela
Emotions come and go,
Through everyone in everyday life,
Being angry,
Happy,
Sad,
Grumpy,
Itís amazing how we live our lives.
Emotions come and go,
Like the sun rising
Then setting each night,
Like death,
Like life.
Emotions come and go,
Being worried,
Scared,
Surprised,
Lonely,
We live our lives filled with emotions,
Which come and go
As we go through times
Those disappear
As the next one
Comes
That gives us emotions,
Thoughts that are real.

WHEN
barbara alyea
Can I just say, "I love you?",
Can I just say, just that ?

I feel so lost without you.
I lack any purposement.

I need your smile and laughter.
I need your warm embrace.

I am dying inside without you.
I am lost when I can't see your face.

I need your love and compassion.
Without it I know I will trip.

I need your hand in my hand.
Guiding my every step.

Can I just say, "I love you".
Can I just say , just that?

God, send me a good husband.
And, I will be quiet, at last.

 JADED KNIGHT
violet stokes
 Please don't tear yourself apart
my very special friend.
You can't take care of everyone
there's got to be an end.

You have the biggest heart I know
your compassion is so strong.
Jaded knight in shining armour
who wants to do no wrong.

I looked way deep into your eyes
and saw the purest love.
A friend that anyone would want
a gift from God above.

 Your friendship gives me courage
Just knowing you are there.
I want no more or less from you.
It's enough that you just care.

Endlessly
Jamin
It all started with your warm hello
A sweet smile that captivated me true
Then I discovered the wonderful of you
The greatness of my own hero!

The sweetness of life is in the air
Every moments together seems forever
Each morning that I wake up
I love you more than ever.

You have no idea what you did to me
My fantasies now turn to realities
My quest for love ended finally
When you vowed to love me endlessly!

If i'm dreaming,
please don't wake me.
i don't want to go on living,
if living is being lonely.

if i'm imagining this,
don't disturb me.
her smile, her touch, her kiss,
i can't carry on without having her with me.

if i'm living in a fantasy,
please let me live it.
this is where i want to be,
with the girl i love here with me in it.

if i'm in heaven,
it's better than i imagined it would be.
i always new she was an angel,
that god has sent for me.

if i hit my head and have fallen asleep,
let me sleep for a thousand years.
i don't want to wake to find her gone,
i would drown myself with tears.

if i fell in love,
Please never let it end,
she's where my life began,
and i want her to be were it ends.

A smile from across a room
Makes my day as I dream away
Off into a sunset of heavenly mist
2 rose petals touching for the first time
Crafted senses of chills upon my chest
Mountains of snow upon the oceans crest
The sparkle of the stars, The Brightness of the sun
A painted portrait, Fruit of life , crown of young
Reality come true, Eyes of thunder to my heart
Voice of piercing through my soul
Happy tears, Honest fears, work of art

Like I Do
Mary Jane Scott
I thought it would be easy,
To not look back at you,
And now that I know better,
Thereís nothing I can do.

When I think of you with her,
I find it hard to cope,
I ask myself time and again,
What has she got that I donít?

Does she hold you when youíre lonely,
Does she kiss away your tears,
Is she enough to erase me,
                  From the past seven years?

Will she be there when you fall,
                           Or will she run away,
Is she grateful that she has you,
                           Each and every day?

Does she feed you when youíre hungry,
Is she always in your head,
Does she stay by your side, day and night,
When you are sick in bed?

Does she worry when youíre gone,
Will she travel far and wide,
The way that I have done,
Just to be by your side.

Does she go out of her way,
To put a smile on your face?
When she looks into your eyes,
Does it make your heart race?

Will she be with you forever,
Or will she look for someone new?
Does she love you like a lover should,
Does she love you like I do?

Memories.
Rebecca Caine
The touch of your lips, the sweetest sorrow, the pleasure you always denied me.
The question is though, will you love me tomorrow and will your conscience be free?
My whole world is hushed, it seems to be waiting, even the breeze doesnít stir.
Every sense seems to be anticipating a wonderful thing to occur.
So out of the shadows and into the moonlight, surrounded by dusty white memories,
You step the most beautiful spirit of light, with no witness, we do as we please.
You hold me against you, I feel my blood pumping, and my raven black heart turns to gold.
As long as Iím near you my heart is still thumping and together weíll never grow old.
Our love can never be sold.

Roses
Alanna
What good a rose that is not given in love?
Plucked from nature and usurped
A gift without meaning,
an avoidance of apology,
almost as injurious as the insults that follow.

Why bring flowers when you canít offer love?
No complement can ever substitute.
All the blooms in heaven could not bear your burden.

Our heads bend under your expectation,
Your thoughtlessness makes us twist and wither.
All the while petals taunt and whisper what could have been
As loveís hue fades away.

Dueling Violins (Yanni's Song)- Sonnet
By Tamara Beryl Latham, c 2005

Anticipating each half-note he brings
to life, her fingers stretch to find the grooves.
Perfection springs, as sound is bounced from strings,
then quickly as Barishnikov, she moves.

His chords, a hurried sequence, devil's notes,
seduce her hand, then challenge fast her bow,
which glides across the bridge, the music floats
beyond the Parthenon, but so few know,

this duo, he in Black and she in Red,
sleek racing cars, fine-tuned, pumped full with fuel,
who drive life into wood that's long been dead,
while savoring each aspect of the duel.

Smooth liquid notes of eighths slake all who thirst,
evincing Grecians, once again, are first.

EPITAPH
Metuge Thomas Ebine
Ah this grave! It is the king's grave.
Behold, it is dressed with titles, brave,
Rich, kind, noble, a great knight.
His deeds shall be told day and night,
This shall not skip any memory or sight,
For under his sovereign rule we knew no plight.
Here lies the man who captained our fatherland.
I still vision the sceptre in his hand,
In our great land of bliss and sunshine so bright.
Though we won our freedom fight,
His brave men chose the way of peace
And so made fire for fire with neighbours to cease.
Here lies the great and unforgotten king,
O what shall our folded hands bring?
When our light is buried in the womb of darkness,
And the sting of death has consumed our mightiness.
Now we know where your bones are,
But where O king are you? We wait for our hour.

""I'm in the end with you...""
serag hamid
Right now, I'm in the end with you I can't forgive you I can't forget!
My time that I spent with you...  My heart that I was given to you, my poetry that I was wrote for youÖ

All that means nothing for you... Oh god, how was I stupid..!!  How was I blinded from the true?
You were my angel and my dream
You were the best person that I seenÖ

But now, after you wentÖ.I know the true...  I know who you are!
I have to be strong and far from you... because I'm afraid to believe you again...
And trust in you again...
You are Devil masked with loveliness

when there are no words beautiful enough
no song sweet enough
no tears painful enough
to hold back a moment that whispers by
to soothe away the madness borne of heartbreak
to wipe away the knowledge betrayed
in a moment of weakness
for the time has wafted away
through the songs, through the words, through the tears
wafted away
none left but the bitter taste of regret
and woes that knows no bounds
when the word are lost on the lips
when there is no voice for the moans in the soul
for the tender ache in the heart
because time has wafted away

If I told you I Loved You
Cyndy Little

If I told you that I loved you, how would you take it?
If I told you that you are all I ever think about, would you run away?
I know that we have been down this road before,
I relive it every day,
But really, how would you feel?
What if I was never there again?
Would that break your heart?
Would you miss me?
What if I held your hand?
Yours so strong, and mind so smallÖ
Would you run away?
Or would you hold it back?
Or would you come unglued?
The other night I almost kissed you.
How does that make you feel?
Butterflies in your stomach?
Or a dark sullen feeling?
Honestly now, would you have kissed me back?
Or would you have pulled away?
Maybe you would have melted,
The way I used to melt in your arms.
When something reminds you of me,
What do you do?
Let it be a fleeting thought?
Or dwell on the past?
Iíll tell you what I doÖ
I cry for you.
I cry for me.
I cry for the moment.
It was beautiful.
What will you do when you realize that it me?
What will you do when you realize that its me youíve been missing all along?
Will you tell me?
Will you hide from me?
Or will you just live with the pain as I do?

Love You To Pieces

Kulpreet Singh
Some people think I'm completely mad
I like to slice them into pieces
You may think I'm very bad
But I'm really no different than Reeses
Instead of cutting up candy
I do it on people for a giggle
It is real dandy
I especially enjoy when they wiggle
I start at the top and work my way down
Making sure they're tightly bound
A head, a finger, a couple of toes
Sometimes I get really heinous
That's the way it goes
I'll cut off your penis
So if our paths should ever cross
You will be as obsolete as Mother Fuc**r

LOST IN THOUGHT
Lance W Toohey

Ethereal mirth doth fill the air
as mimosa wafts sweetly on breeze,
too soon this joy does take its leave
this night be no ally, i must appease.
How quiet the evening when love be not near
how bleak does feel the heart,
lost in this vacuum devoid of all thought
'tis death when we are apart.

MY STRUGGLES, MY LIFE

Ayrielle Pollard

It all started in December of 2003
Life was good, things went swell for me.
I then met this guy
Oh he was so fly.
He was real sweet
He swept me off my feet.
He said all the right things
Just like an angel without wings!
I fell in love with him and he loved me as well,
It wasnít till May 2005 I realized how much in love I fell.
Even though we werenít together any longer,
My love for him grew stronger and stronger.
Then we stopped talking for some reason,
New problems in my life arose within the next season.
Then came summer.
Oh what a bummer.
Sure we went on vacation
We went across the whole darn nation.
Itís when we came back, this house turned to hell.
Now I cant say life was so swell.
We spent most our money in a foreign land
The little money we had went to the big man.
We spent a couple weeks stuck in the house and out working like dogs,
But like some people, we werenít eating like hogs.
I wasnít used to being poor,
I grew up in a house with money  behind an unlocked door.
I always got everything I wanted when I wanted to get it,
But I was taught a big lesson about money and I will never forget it.
As things got better things also got worse.
I asked God to send me someone to help me get over my hurts.
He answered my prayer  and sent me more than a few,
He did it quick and perfectly on queue.
But the guys he sent me came with a lot of drama,
Just the kind of drama I couldnít take home to mama.
One guy hated me because I wouldnít get in the bed with him,
Another stopped talking to me because I couldnít swim.
So I guess the old sang is true,
Of all the men in the world, the good ones are only a few.
Of that few I only know 2.
One I could talk to all night long and it never gets tiring,
The other one, thereís not always something to talk about, but the few words he says are very inspiring.
I definitely cant say my life has been like hell for the past 2 years,
I also cant say it hasnít been full of tears.
So these are my struggles, this is my life,
And as the years go on, so does the strife.Ö.

MY MOTHER'S SPECIAL GIFT

As I sit here thinking of the days gone by.
I begin to shake and I begin to cry.
I remember a special gift my mother gave to me.
How it went right to my heart where it was meant to be.
Oh it wasn't made of diamonds or it wasn't made of gold.
Oh it wasn't made of paper and it wasn't really old.
You see it had no value to any one but me.
Though it really helped to set me free.
Oh I remember that special gift as though I got it yesterday.
How she made sure I had it before she passed away.
You see her days were numbered and the end was near.
Though I never told anybody I was full of fear.
For I knew my mom was dying and there was nothing I could do.
I had seen all the pain and suffering that she had to go through.
I remember thinking why couldn't it be me.
For everybody loved her but no one cared for me.
Then one day it happened, to the hospital she did go.
The ambulance came and got her but it seemed really slow.
That night the doctor told us there was nothing he could do.
At the most she had left a day or maybe two.
The next day I went to see her in her hospital bed.
Thatís when to my younger brother she lovingly said.
Please let your older brother kiss me good-bye last.
For you have always gotten it in the days that past.
Then I bent and kissed her and the fear inside did go.
For I knew shed always love me that kiss had told me so.
You see it wasn't made of diamonds or it wasn't made of gold.
But it had more value than anything thatís sold.
That night as I lay thinking of that special kiss we shared.
I knew deep in my heart just how much she really cared.
At that very moment I looked into the sky.
There was a new star shinning my mother said good-bye.

I WILL LOVE YOU ALWAYS MOM

MY MOTHER
 Anam Fateh

You have helped me through anger and chased away my fears
You held me through darkness and kissed away my tears
You remained by my side and you were the rainbow
At the end of the storm
You held my hand and comforted my heartache
Now I know that when my life gets down and there's nowhere to turn
Youíll help me through and share my concern
Your love is true with devotion, sacrifice and pain
One thing I want you to know mother is that
I treasure you above all and love you most of all
Iím not sure if Iíve been the best of daughters
But I do know that this much is true
You changed me to sunshine and bloomed me into a rose
You have marked my life with memories for a lifetime
I hope that when your down a part of me you shall always see
And treasured by me your love shall always be.

I LOVE YOU MOM...

AN INDIANA SKY
By Barbara Elaine Alyea

Driving down the highway,,, I saw such a sight...
An Indiana sky,,,with colors,,,bold and bright...

Crimson was contrasted,,,was I saw the evening unfold...
This Indiana sky,,,brushed with pink and orange and gold...

And, I thought,,,it so beautiful,,,that God granted me this scene...
That Indiana sky,,,touched with white and blue-green...

And, as the sun slowly sat,,,to end that glorious day...
It made me miss,Indiana,,, all the more,,,since I live far away.

It is not a simple choice
But a matter of necessity
How dare you try and "fix me"
Alarmed at the atrocity
It isn't about what I want
Instead it's all I need
Wish for just the opposite
As insides start to bleed
It isn't about the love I have
For those so close to me
Impossible to love them less
Self righteously, you disagree
Cannot possibly comprehend
How you have such a solution
Just walk one mile in my shoes
Experience firsthand the pollution
You'll never know how it feels
To, for hours on end, lay
Morning here and anything but confident
On how to face the day
I wouldn't wish this on you
Or even an enemy bearing my grudge
So who the fuck do you think
you are??...
Only God can judge.

there's no tragedy
and there's no end to words
to memorize
so plain i've become
a paralyzed emotion i guess
and to purify this
in my only
sad stage
to be closed in your arms
pulling me back
to your chest
and again i am stuck
harder than your memory will allow
for you to see in
to and from clearness
though the pretty metaphors state,
do you want to?

FALL
Lindsey

You watched me fall
You turned away
I'm still in love
This very day

You watched me hurt
You turned around
Instead of my face
You looked at the ground

You watched me cut
You said goodbye
I know why
I want to die

You watched me hurt
You watched me fall
You watched me cut
You saw it all

A MESS OF HEART-BREAK
by Robert Davidson

Her passing took his last spark of life
Left him bereft with only his grief to bear
The last bit of his heart's dream was taken -
A love portion so precious and rare.

A mess of heart-break
Not told in words but in sobs
I miss her so bad
Intense is my cry as my breaking heart throbs.

I cry out
From the bottomless well of my loneliness
I cry my sorrow aloud
So much ache and sadness, I wear like a ghostly shroud.

A mess of heart-break
Not told in words but in sobs
I miss her so bad
Intense is my cry as my breaking heart throbs.

He was aware things were closing down for him
As they laid her beneath the broken sod
A man who had wrestled his demon and lost
Was now ready to go home to God.

tummy spinning spun
ourselves around in circles as we dance
in the fountain you share this smile I was meant to wear
my heart on your sleeve in which I'm imprisoned
by your hold
me and feed off my laugh and feed off my
smile at my funny face at my silly goofs at my wonder
where you are as I'm imprisoned by my own reflection
on your journey to a place where you transcend
gravity my own enemy
is my floundering faith that my foreseen fate is in
someone else's hands
holding myself hostage they're holding me and my mind they're spinning
spun a web we created and its larger than ourselves
who created this
brutal truth
is beyond me and bigger than me and over my
head keeps spinning spun
the web of say-so say-this say-truth
deny refuse admit accept heal live
in the here and now you must
go on and go on and go question and go get an
answer me this and explain to me why
it must be that I am now empty
tummy spinning spun
spin doctors of the truth of my own existence say you must
go on and go on and go question and go get an
answer me this and explain to me why
my pillow still smells of your hair and I still feel your eyelashes sweep across my
face the reality and face the truth and face
the order of life that I must continue
to live even as it keeps my tummy spinning spun.

"Blackened"
Adam Lamparello

I cry in reverse, my tears drying up my drowning soul
darkness remains my only friend,
the last day upon which this misery will end
you think the world is above you,
but it is nothing more than believing that the sunlight is your own
nothing more than a grand design to control our becoming
and arrest my destiny
i have nothing but blackness;
i am nothing but emptiness
Let my demons marry me
For my last days are but the truest beginning
when the water stops dripping and the feet begin talking
This is my day
It is so brightly black and so terribly warm.
This is my life

ONCE IN A LIFETIME
Robin Ruggie
Once in a lifetime, that is what you are to me,
In your loving arms is where I want to be.

You are my knight in shinning armor; and a little rust is ok,
I loved you in the past but love you even more today.

You are my shinning star, who brightens up my life,
I am so lucky and blessed that you made me your wife.

I canít show you how deep my love for you can go,
But believe it in your heart, this I want you to KNOW.

I love the little boy who was once hurt so bad,
I would wipe away the pain and the tears that made you sad.

If love alone could take away all your pain,
I would cover you with love like a pouring rain.

You deserve the love you get from all sources abound
Because you are a beautiful spirit and a joy to be around

You are my baby boy and I love you to the core,
You are a child of God and he couldnít love you more.

You truly are my bright shinning star
And I just wanted you to know how very special you are.

The last night of autumn
--Tracie
It was the kind of night that made you wish you were alive again;
With hope in the sudden bursts of air that blew the auburn shaded leaves into a twister
at your feet.
Passing the old red barn you picked up a rock and tossed it in the dark night air,
wishing someone would be there to catch it, but no one was there.
Take this as my suicide note, with a touch of life overcome by a much needed death
come quick, I'm nearing my final breath.
I'm writing this note with a sullen touch of class.
I wouldn't want to let you down once again.
I'll lay myself on my bed, and pull the obviously placed gun off of my table.
I'll slowly bring it up to my head, and say a final prayer;
but you're still not there.
i'll pray you'll walk in right now and save me from what you've made me become;
but dreams are just dreams and I'm living in one horrid reality.
I hope you're happy, and i hope you follow my lead.
thanks mom, I hope you're happy
I hope you're happy

A BODY WITHOUT ANY SOUL
ktm
Whispering in my ears
Saying 'I love you'
Kissing my naked shoulders

I try to wrap you in my arms
But like my heart
My arms are empty
I open my eyes and I realise
That you're not there

You're gone to another place, another time
Gone to die
Leaving me here all alone to survive
How can I?

Your heart was my home
Now it's four walls and a door
No birds flying down to sing
Just an eerie feeling
How could you leave me like this
A body without any soul.

Babez  86í

You know how I've written you a poem or two
in our days? Well here's the last one

Truly the last you'll ever hear from
 me,     King

We were each others First true Love, at
thee beginning was bliss, my life should

have ended there because that was the
greatest love between two people I was
 ever to have known.
Why couldn't you have tookin me then God?
Why God couldn't you have taken me and let some sick child live. I would have gladly switched places, At least I could have givin
part of me (organs) to let a more
 deserving child live ,

instead you make two people suffer.

   I, who wish I could've died after
knowing that my greatest love that I was
to have ever known is no more and could
never be again. I would have died the
happiest, luckiest man to have ever lived,
Instead I'm the most pathetic excuse of
a man, broken down and only a shell of
 what I once was

And child who never ever has done wrong,
let alone known wrong, wish they could
live and then put their family through
 such suffering , so needlessly!
       WHY????

I would have gladly have switched places with the unknown child if you would have
tooken me back in 86' or even now 2005"

Slip, I got your hand,  Lorie but but
 im losing your grip, Nooooooooo!

I'm down to four fingers, then three fingers, Quickly to two and no<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

never even touched the last finger because
 it was your middle finger

THE PHALLUS
by Marcia Schechinger

I am the horizon
that nestled place
where overtures of love
lift up your skirt
I am your leviathan
growing
to give you joy
A festive of lights
waiting to spin in your head
with unbelievable fireworks
I am the appendage
that seeks the inner most part of you
I am the hand on your cradle
that rocks you to sleep
with fairytales
I may be your lesson,
your love, your partner
But tonight I am your aviator
flying on the wings of lust

Meant To Be
Miranda

So you say you're sorry,
But how do I know its true?
With all the lies you've said before
And all the things you do

You can't pretend your sorry
If your really not
And all the things we could have done
Now means that  we will not

I guess that you and I
Just weren't meant to be
With all the secrets that you've kept
And all the nights that I've wept

All the days we've spent together
Seem so distant now
Our life that was supposed to last forever,
It means nothing now

So if you're really sorry
But I know you're not
Come to me and tell me please
For I know that our love
Was meant to be

FEAR
David m
You feel the fingertips grasping at your ankles,
Desperately trying to drag you down to the depths of the ocean
Drowning you as you fall,
You can feel the icy water grasping at your heart,
And you feel yourself start to give in,
Resistance is now futile,
This is what they call fear.

Grief.
Ella Cannon
When all the colour in your world
disappears,
when you feel your life
fading away
and that this feeling you have is the only thing
not leaving you behind,
 what do they call it?

I know itís a feeling,
yet I cant pick which one,
 so when all your echoes
start to fade,
 when your heart
no longer loves
and your fingertips
no longer touch,
What do they call it?

You ignore that little voice
inside your head
That is screaming
 ďlet me love again!Ē
It no longer makes sense to you,
 what is this word,
love and what is this feeling
that causes you to forget its meaning?
Please,  please tell me what they call it?

When you can no longer sleep,
When your mind is forever racing,
When your soul has become soulless,
And the word hope no longer exists
In your world,
Please, you must know,
Please tell me,
What do they call it?

MOURNING POEM GENERIC
           JAMES R McGREGOR
    Even I
   A stranger
    Find Love for You
   And
    Loss.
    With nothing else to do
   I mourn,
And with nothing else to do
   I stand silent
    And salute
   Your ascending spirit
in its realization of the infinite.

Little Angel
By Evan

I am a little angel,
Alone and quite afraid.
"This is a dangerous world,"
The elders always said.

"Be careful in your travels
And always watch your way.
Never let the shadow find you
Or you'll have a price to pay."

I never did believe their threats,
Their talk of dark and danger.
Yet what I came to find here,
Was oh, so much more stranger.

Human creatures, animals,
Fish, flying things, and trees.
A yellow sun and glowing stars.
Some weird digging things and bees.

So infatuated I was with Earth,
I so never did want to leave.
Yet then I saw, as I'd been warned.
The danger I finally believed.

It came to me and spoke my name,
Like we'd already met.
He led me to his little house,
And right on in we went.

Past his bloody torture tools,
His rusted shard-knife set.
Across a well-used spike filled pit,
Which was not the worst quite yet...

He led me down to a little room,
Tied me up with a few chains.
Still smiling I looked up at him,
Ignoring all the pain.

He smiled grimly, nodding slowly,
And released a mighty roar,
"Is there anything you want
Before I close the door?"

"I am but a little angel,
I require not that much.
Yet in the dark I hate be,
So I'll light this torch, as such."

The room lit up, and in a blink,
The shadow disappeared.
Yet no longer, as you can see,
Is it the darkness that I fear.

Trapped here in this quiet room,
It took but time to fall.
So sad and lonely, here I am,
Still chained to the wall.

I am a little angel,
Alone and quite afraid.
Though outwit the shadow, I did succeed,
Still, the price is paid.

Smells Of Insane.
Ragin Gray
A putrid smell, the kind you can see. Cut me open, to kill me from the inside. Drain my mind. I donít bleed like normal people. Here is a face you can eat. It all begins with me, and the purple sky. He Rain is coming, much faster then yesterday. Guns cant die. But You and I can, so lets dance. Or maybe bleed away. Imitation of the ocean. Feels like floating. I got Zombie Smiles on my mind. Such a taste you've never had before, Would you care to try? Maybe we will rock moons together, cause I'm in need. If I get lost in it, will you find me? A haze unexpected, something you'd never think of. Black Rainbows, and Screaming hearts. Much more then words with meaning. Can you understand? A Dark Night upon you, Apes with guns and Monkey Men. They can hear You sweat. They smell You breathe.

In winter on a lonely night
scared, nervous turned on the light
opened the door, closed my eye
heard a voice, thought i would die

I ran to the shower closed the door
heard it once more slipped on the floor.
head started spinning, round and round
finally happened just lost my mind.

know where to go the voice is still there
where's my family i wish they would care.
tears running down i started to cry
I thought they loved me it was all a lie.

I found a blade, wrote a letter
sorry i did this you will feel better.
you leave me at home im sorry to moan.
you will find me dead with a stone in my head.

Look through me like mist being pierced by new day
Search my inmost vulnerabilities
Do you see what you want?
No!
You seek corruption and poison to spread and strike
Waste not your time on me, but try yourself
For you, you have the deep stains within
Fear not unless you fear the end

I Am Afraid
Noanie S. Salcedo
I an afraid of those behind me,
The worlds is so tall
And I am just a small poor little ones.
All things that surrounds me seems so imperfect.

I am afraid to love,
Afraid that maybe I hurt somebody.
The stranger world is wide,
I cannot imagine the subdue inside.

I am afraid to fly,
Thinking that I cannot soar the world.
In the twinkling of my eye,
I see sadness and despair in mine.

I am afraid to taste,
The sweetness and the bitterness of the world,
It made me puke and dizzy,
For I am just nobody.

NOTHING INSIDE ME
 I STOOD BESIDE THE WINDOW
WITH TEARS RUNNING DOWN MY ROSY CHECKS
I TRIED TO LOOK INSIDE ME
BUT THERE WAS NOTHING TO LOOK INTO
MY PAIN HAVE EATEN MY INSIDE AWAY
KILLING ME TO THE DEEP ROUTE
MY HEART IS BROKEN INTO PEACES NO ONE WOULD REPLACE
THERE WAS NO END TO MY SORROW
THERE WAS NO SUN TO MY LIFE
I WISHED FOR A PLACE TO GO
WHERE I WOULD FILL MY EMPTINESS INSIDE
WHERE MY CHICKS WOULD STOP BEING WET
WHERE MY SOUL WOULDN'T BE TORTURED
WHERE I SEE THE LIGHT SHIN IN ME
BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THERE WAS NO PLACE TO GO .

VISIT TO MARS

Dorothy C. Fox

Today's world this trip is now a success
the space shuttle has done what has been
my dream.

Dream to visit Mars, to look for Pluto
and all the rest has been the life I have
loved the best.

Sitting at my computer desk I can put my
dream into view, see all of the planets
of this World.

See the space ships shoot up in a flash,
leaving a firestorm of energy and come
into the cosmos with delight.

What a wonderful Universe we live in,
Looking at the stars at night
I long to take flight.

To leave this
 desk, this world, this place,
to erase the unhappiness that abides
and find that God of love
our Creator of great Light.

Ah what a wonderful place to be
but right now, Earth is my place, but
Mars remains in my dreams, that i
cannot erase.
